The specialized area of real estate law includes the drafting and negotiation of purchase, rental and lease agreements as well as related contracts, their execution in the land register and fiduciary settlement, the supervision of the necessary administrative approval procedures as well as advice on all public law issues arising in the development of real estate, in particular in regional planning and building law.
In these areas, as well as in residential law (tenancy and condominium law), regional planning law and public building law, we represent our clients in proceedings before courts and public authorities. We have many years of experience as contract drafters and trustees in the handling of real estate transactions (in the form of asset or share deals), the sale and purchase of apartments, the support of project developments in old building development as well as in numerous property development projects (as appointed trustees pursuant to § 12 BTVG).
